My Real Estate Career Began in 2005 When I Became a Realtor.
As I started showing homes to clients, I quickly realized there was much more I wanted to understand about the actual structure, systems, and condition of a home. I didn't want to simply open doors and help someone negotiate a purchase—I wanted to understand what my clients were

As I started showing homes to clients, I quickly realized there was much more I wanted to understand about the actual structure, systems, and condition of a home. I didn't want to simply open doors and help someone negotiate a purchase—I wanted to understand what my clients were actually buying.
That realization led me to pursue professional home inspection training through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. By 2009, home inspections had become my full-time profession.
Over the years, I have inspected thousands of homes throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. That experience taught me how homes are built, how their major systems work, what problems to look for, and how seemingly small issues can sometimes become significant expenses.
Most importantly, I discovered how much I enjoyed working in people's best interests. Helping someone understand a property and make a more informed decision became one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
Today, I bring that experience together as a Realtor, Mortgage Loan Officer, and experienced Home Inspector.
